I charge $200.00 per 50-minute session. Our initial 15 minute video or telephone counsultation is free of charge. No credit card information will be collected to schedule the consultation. You will be granted access to your online portal to input your payment information after accepting our 50-minute intake appointment. You will be charged the total balance after the session. In addition to my private practice, I work with Octave Behavioral Health. At Octave, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Health Net / MHN commercial insurance plans. If you have coverage under one of these plans, please visit findoctave.com to schedule an appointment. If I am an out of network insurance provider and do not accept your insurance, I can provide you with a receipt to request reimbursement from your insurance if applicable. Please note that if your insurance does not reimburse you, I must continue to charge my full fee. Cancellation policy- I require a 24 hours advanced notication if you need to cancel a session. For cancellations of less than 24 hours notice, I charge for the full amount of the session.
